EPA CO2 Endangerment Finding

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency has issued its proposed “Endangerment Finding” for emissions of carbon dioxide and five other greenhouse gases from new motor vehicles. If the finding is finalized, these emissions will be subject to technological limitations under the Clean Air Act and would trigger a cascade of regulations on virtually all sources of regulated greenhouse gases, from backyard weed whackers to massive electrical power plants.
